I provide individual and couples counseling with a focus on a variety of challenges you may be experiencing including anxiety, depression, relational issues, LGBTQ, and especially trauma. Some, or all of these challenges, may be fueled by negative beliefs we have about ourselves, or our lives. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help change negative beliefs to more productive, positive beliefs which then helps to reduce the emotional and physical symptoms you’re experiencing.
